Matrimonio is a marriage of two single-origin varieties from Ecuador and Brazil. Brazilian Capim Seco introduces nutty chocolate notes, while Ecuadorian Alambi brings a syrupy texture and caramel undertones to the blend. This medium-bodied drip coffee was designed to taste smooth and delicious whether enjoyed black or with cream and sugar. While we use this blend for its drip coffee, it is also delicious as a cold brew, french press or pour over coffee.
